Operating Environment of Rebar Tying Tool
The operating environment significantly affects the success rate. Harsh conditions like snow or heavy rain can impact construction. Operator skill, environment, and product quality are also closely related. The device's inherent quality and stability are crucial for ensuring a high success rate.
Generally, use in rainy conditions is not recommended. However, the machine has good waterproof and dustproof capabilities. Minor water pressure won't cause short circuits, and light rain or minor water splashes are not an issue. To protect the electronic screen, we recommend customers use a waterproof cover to prevent water pressure or dust ingress.
The machine has an IPX3 dust and water resistance rating, suitable for harsh outdoor environments. It features a no-vent design to enhance dust and water resistance. (Machines with vents are prone to dust ingress, affecting internal component lifespan.)
The device has an automatic shutdown feature when the internal temperature reaches 60°C, resuming use only after it cools down. As long as the temperature stays below 60°C, normal operation is possible, and high temperature has minimal impact on device lifespan.
